Job Description
The Bilingual Patient Service Representative performs functions related to the enrollment of new clients, including registration, insurance information collection, and data entry. They will be cross-trained to work at various Health and Wellness Centers and perform administrative duties, schedule appointments, and manage incoming calls.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • High School diploma and one year of progressively responsible work experience is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, other software programs, and office equipment is preferable
