Role Overview

Support multiple engineering and construction projects by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication between clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

What You Will Do

Assist with managing multiple priorities and projects, support project planning efforts, create and distribute project files, coordinate meetings, and track project budgets.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree OR 4+ years of relevant project coordination, project management, administrative, or related experience
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, OneNote, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing responsibilities independently
