Role OverviewConduct in-home visits to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides, and to determine whether existing care plans are adequate to meet client needs.
What You Will Do
Monitor client's condition and performance of duties by Home Care Aides, conduct home visits to new clients, observe and evaluate Home Care Aides, prepare and complete accurate evaluation reports and case notes, and maintain schedules.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working in the field of senior services, or related social service
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be client focused and customer service driven
- Computer experience – Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance for travel within the branch service areas
