Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual QC Engineer to support quality control operations for semiconductor construction projects in Arizona. The role focuses on ensuring installation quality and compliance across high-tech systems, including vibration control and MEP-related work within cleanroom environments.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Background in construction, engineering, or semiconductor projects required.
  • Mechanical experience preferred over electrical (MEP exposure is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes, inspections, and construction documentation.
  • Experience working in semiconductor fab environments (TSMC, Micron, etc.) highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and high-tech installation standards is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in an active construction site environment.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across field teams and subcontractors.
