Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient. Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model. Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
What You Will Do
Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient. Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer proficiency, ability to work some evenings and Saturdays, CPR/Basic Life Support Certification, and bilingual English/Spanish. Preferred qualifications include receptionist experience in a healthcare setting, customer service experience, administrative experience, and EMR systems experience.
