We're looking for a bilingual recruiter who can source and connect English/Spanish bilingual candidates with employers, design creative sourcing strategies, and build a long-term talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Proven success in building sourcing strategies for diverse roles
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Advanced experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
  • Solid project management skills
