Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to support semiconductor construction operations at the TSMC site in North Phoenix. This role requires coordinating daily safety activities, supporting compliance, and bridging communication between Taiwan-based engineers and U.S. field teams.
Requirements
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
OSHA 30 certification
2+ years of experience in construction safety, safety coordination, or field operations
Experience supporting semiconductor or high-tech construction environments (TSMC preferred)
Familiarity with injury reporting, OCIP processes, and safety documentation
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and compliance standards
