Bilingual Safety Coordinator

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English required (must support Taiwan engineers and field teams)
• OSHA 30 certification required
• 2+ years of experience in construction safety, safety coordination, or field operations
• Experience supporting semiconductor or high-tech construction environments (TSMC preferred)
• Familiarity with injury reporting, OCIP processes, and safety documentation
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and compliance standards
• Ability to work early shift and remain active on-site throughout the day
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cross-cultural teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
