HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Spotter to support construction site safety and daily jobsite upkeep in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Requirements

  • Prior construction or general labor experience preferred (1+ year ideal).
  • Physically able to walk job sites, climb stairs, and work outdoors.
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments (not assigned to high-risk areas).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to attend early morning safety meetings.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
