Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a construction and engineering services company to fill the position of Bilingual Safety Supervisor. This role will oversee site safety programs and compliance efforts, working closely with field teams and management to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
OSHA 510 or OSHA 511 certification
Previous experience in a safety management or safety leadership role
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction site safety practices
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with field and management teams
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
Comfortable working fully on-site in active construction environments
