Role OverviewThe Bilingual Sales Advocate will assist customers, sell wireless products and services, and provide exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for meeting sales goals, handling administrative aspects of sales, and staying updated with product knowledge.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include selling devices, accessories, and other Cricket offerings, attending training on products/services, and staying updated with product knowledge. The Sales Advocate will also be responsible for meeting sales goals, handling customer service issues, and maintaining store operating procedures.
