Requirements

  • Support the sales team with customer communication, order processing, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and sales documentation
  • Track order status and provide updates to customers
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with basic account coordination and administrative support
  • Communicate with overseas teams (Taiwan HQ) as needed
