Role OverviewAs a Retail Sales Consultant, you will create meaningful connections with customers, use a consultative sales approach, and work with AT&T's full suite of products. You will be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
What You Will Do
Meet sales targets, earn commission, and use AT&T's products to bring customers closer together. You will work on the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach, and be flexible and open to change.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

- Bilingual Spanish and English
