Role OverviewAs a Retail Sales Consultant, you will create meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets and earning commission through personalized sales expertise. You will work on the sales floor, guiding customers through options, and be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls.
What You Will Do
Use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, and work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends. You will also be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals. You will earn between $19.99 - $22.63 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
