Role OverviewThe Bilingual Teacher will be responsible for instruction, specialized services, and support to students in developing their ability to perform courses of study in the English language. The teacher will also be responsible for discipline, instructional planning, and maintaining accurate records of students' achievements.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Bilingual Teacher will include providing lesson plans, administering tests, assessing students' progress, and maintaining current and accurate records of students' achievements.

Requirements
- Successful completion of all student teaching requirements
- All coursework required to obtain the appropriate teaching license(s) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education
- Illinois State Board of Education issued educator license with a bilingual endorsement in the grade level being taught
