Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Virtual Patient Support Specialist. Providing inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. Building rapport and resolving patient issues. Required bilingual (English/Spanish), 1-3 years' experience in customer service or related fields, high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients
  • Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in our contact center software system
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to pharmaceutical contact center operations
