Job Description
You’re a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend. Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients by actively listening, empathizing, and demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and concerns.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
1-3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
