Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative

As a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) at Prime Communications, you will serve as a brand ambassador to customers nationwide, demonstrating AT&T's products and services and offering personalized solutions to fit their lifestyle. You will work in a fast-paced retail sales environment, striving for excellence and earning a minimum base of $31,200 + commission. Consultants could earn an average of $45,000 or more in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Provide extraordinary customer service, build value by offering tailored solutions, represent the company and AT&T brand with professionalism, and assist leaders with store operations and duties.

Requirements

• Clear communication skills
• Attitude and technical aptitude
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong Social Media presence preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to location, off-site trainings, and meetings
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
• Must be willing & able to complete the sales flow accurately within AT&T system(s)
• Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Must successfully complete all assigned AT&T & Prime trainings, in a timely manner
