Role OverviewThe Billing & Accounting Specialist will support the firm's billing, accounting, and operational improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for drafting client billings, coordinating co-counsel payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting accounting process improvement projects across the firm.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will prepare accurate client invoices and billing packages, confirm property value corrections and related tax refunds, and use client software platforms to submit invoices and track approvals and payments.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or financial operations experience
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to learn new software platforms and business processes quickly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
