Job Description
The Billing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the company’s billing and accounts receivable functions, assisting with invoicing, AR collections, processing lien waivers, and the preparation and submission of weekly certified payroll reports.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or payroll
  • Experience with certified payroll reporting and lien waiver processing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Excel and ERP/accounting systems
  • Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer follow-up
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment
