Job Description
The Billing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the company’s billing and accounts receivable functions, assisting with invoicing, AR collections, processing lien waivers, and the preparation and submission of weekly certified payroll reports.
Requirements
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or payroll
Experience with certified payroll reporting and lien waiver processing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of Excel and ERP/accounting systems
Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer follow-up
Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment
