Job Description
Equitable is looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to join their Employee Benefits team. The role is responsible for managing key billing and reconciliation processes, including maintaining weekly suspense, credit, and debit balance reports, researching and resolving discrepancies, accurately applying funds, and ensuring timely escheatment in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of billing or financial experience
  • Customer-oriented and sensitive to customer priorities
  • Ability to operate in a challenging and fast-paced team environment
  • Proven proficiency in MS Excel to run pivot tables
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
