Role OverviewThe Billing Analyst will review client contracts and fee schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and serve as a key link between Sales, Implementation, Client Services, and Accounting.

Review finalized client contracts, set-up fee schedules, collaborate with Implementation and Client Services teams, process ad hoc billing requests, and support month-end close.

Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting, billing, or contract administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract and data review
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
