Job Description
The Billing Coordinator position requires exceptional organizational skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a positive attitude. In this role, you will track and receive timesheets daily, ensure contracts and supporting documentation are consistent with incoming timesheets, validate that timesheets have required signatures, monitor travel receipts, resolve issues to ensure timeliness of billing, and process timesheets and all related travel for Billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong MS-Excel skills
  • Prior billing experience a plus
  • Demonstrable organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a high energy, deadline-oriented environment
  • Effective decision-making and follow-through
  • Ability to effectively communicate process to internal/external customers
  • Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and set priorities
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
