Job Description
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of client invoices, including preparation, processing, and collections.

Requirements

  • Prepare, print and process client invoices on a monthly basis using MS Excel and QuickBooks
  • Collect client waste hauler invoices via online billing portals or via phone/fax
  • Process client payments in QuickBooks
  • Handle client questions or concerns regarding billing issues
  • Generate client collections reports and make collections calls or send collections if necessary
