Role OverviewThe Billing Coordinator will support day-to-day revenue cycle operations, including billing, payment posting, reconciliation, eligibility validation, and revenue tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in healthcare billing or revenue cycle operations.
What You Will Do
Support billing, payment posting, eligibility validation, encounter tracking, and reconciliation. Assist with capitation/PMPM payment reconciliation and validate payer payments and eligibility data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, or payment reconciliation.
- Experience with healthcare payer portals and/or EHR/RCM systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience with capitated/PMPM or managed care models.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW).
- Familiarity with payer portals such as IEHP, Molina, Anthem, or CalOptima.
- Experience in ECM, population health, or value-based care.
- CPC, CPB, or similar certification.
