Role Overview

Manage incoming calls, return client voicemails and emails, and provide accurate information to clients. This role involves interacting with clients, coordinating with other departments, and keeping records of client interactions.

What You Will Do

Provide clarity to clients on billing cycles, payments, and credit memo allocations. Engage with in-person clients, schedule appointments, and address client complaints.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable customer support experience
