Role OverviewTotal Safety is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their safety conscious team. The Billing Specialist handles all aspects of client billing, working closely with project managers, clients, and the billing team.
What You Will Do
Upload time and cost data adjustments to client and project records, produce and distribute pro forma invoices, process billing instructions, and generate reports/spreadsheets for project managers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A minimum of four (4) years of billing experience or an equivalent education and experience combination is required. Experience in a distribution and/or industrial rental environment is preferred.
