Job Description
SOCOTEC is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare invoices for clients, update project and collection records, and manage billing processes. The role involves invoice issuance, payment collection, and reporting on collections. This position reports to the Director of Finance.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented and highly motivated, self-starter
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent math ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with hourly and lump sum billing
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with others and meet deadlines
