Job Description
Whitestone Associates, Inc. is recruiting a Billing Specialist to join their Warren, NJ office. The position involves aspects of invoice management, customer inquiries, and general accounting tasks.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an account or office support function
Some college experience preferred, but not required
Experience in professional services managing time and billing preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS office

Ability to learn new skills and software quickly
Experience with Deltek Vision a plus
