Requirements

  • Supervise, train, and mentor billing staff
  • Oversee submission of claims in EMR systems
  • Conduct regular audits of patient records
  • Monitor and reduce accounts receivable days and denial rates
  • Review and resolve complex denied claims
  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly billing reports
  • Partner with clinical managers and clinicians to ensure accurate billing
  • Assign Office Authorization as needed
  • Monitor Zendesk and WellSky fax inquiries
  • Analyze and reconcile complex issues and problems
