Role OverviewResponsible for supervising a team of Invoicing Specialists to improve billing accuracy and customer satisfaction. Direct supervision of team members, ensuring they follow procedures and meet targets. Participate in monthly conference calls with FO as needed.
What You Will Do
Supervise 8-12 Invoicing specialists, improve billing accuracy, and reduce revision invoice volume. Conduct monthly/quarterly invoice audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement procedures accordingly.

Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of Supervisory work experience in billing or credit and collections
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree with 1-2 years of previously noted experience
