Role OverviewThe Billing Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within our Support Center, overseeing accounts receivable operations and ensuring accurate, compliant billing practices.
What You Will Do
Lead and supervise accounts receivable and billing processes, ensure compliance with accepted accounting principles and healthcare regulations, and oversee billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and Advantage Plus programs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Advantage Plus billing in a long-term care or inpatient setting
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare billing
- Strong knowledge of UB-04/UB-94 forms, HCPCS codes, and PDPM reimbursement models
- Experience with computerized accounting or billing systems
