Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be a BIM / Revit Coordinator to help strengthen and advance the way Enclos uses Revit and BIM across our organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being both technical and collaborative, someone who can dive into a Revit model, solve a problem, develop a better process, and then teach others how to use it.
What You Will Do
The BIM / Revit Coordinator will implement and maintain Enclos' drafting standards in Revit and BIM, train Enclos personnel on Revit process, document and continue to update modeling process in Revit, provide assistance to project teams using the Revit system, and maintain project models.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school
- six month to one year related experience and/or training
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
