Job Description
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support data center construction projects by leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination and ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on BIM coordination experience in commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction environments
Proven experience supporting large-scale construction projects with multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, structural, architectural, civil)
Strong understanding of mission critical infrastructure systems
Ability to support construction sequencing, phasing, and installation planning through BIM workflows
Experience participating in OAC meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and design review sessions
Understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and as-built deliverables
Experience working directly with General Contractors, Owners, Trade Partners, and Design Teams
Familiarity with turnover packages, commissioning support, and field verification
Strong knowledge of constructability reviews and installation conflict resolution
