Role OverviewHDR is seeking a BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM related activities for a major Healthcare Project in the Bay Area. The successful candidate will be required to reside in California for the duration of the project and will work in a Big Room team environment. The ideal candidate will be expected to develop and lead efforts relating to BIM and supporting the overall vision and initiatives of the Project.
What You Will Do
The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing all BIM related tasks and duties for the project, developing and integrating successful project strategy in collaboration with project partners, and managing clear and consistent communication with all project members.

Requirements
- Associate or Technical School Degree, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years industry experience.
- Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare drawings and details.
- Experience within the AEC industry and client standards for BIM.
- Experience leading cross-discipline all team BIM execution.
- Familiarity with project management related to BIM.
