Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a BIM Manager to lead BIM operations, team coordination, and project delivery for semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage BIM team operations
  • Serve as the primary liaison between TSMC, project managers, and internal BIM/design teams
  • Oversee BIM production schedules and ensure deliverables align with construction timelines and client expectations
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, design, construction) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support vendor and client communication, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee clash detection workflows and coordination processes (Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC)
  • Ensure BIM standards, documentation, and quality control processes are followed across projects
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of BIM team members
