Role OverviewAs a BIM Model Manager at HDR, you will contribute to the design and delivery of spaces and experiences that advance community well-being around the world. You will manage the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project, working directly with the Project Manager to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include managing digital deliverables, executing digital tasks with minimal oversight, developing and maintaining the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP), and ensuring the team has the necessary software, versions, access, and training to execute project requirements.

Requirements
- Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 3 years digital delivery (model management) experience
- Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems
- Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure
- Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools
- Advanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices, discipline codes and specifications
- Familiarity with basic automation and programming applications for efficiencies
- Familiarity with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications
- Familiarity with content creation and management concepts
- Superior client service, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
