Role Overview

As a BIM Model Manager Senior - Digital Delivery Lead at HDR, you will provide direction for the Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, manage the digital model environment and deliverables at the project level, and work directly with the Project Manager to assist in generating and maintaining the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP). You will execute digital deliverables, provide technical support, and communicate the deliverable schedule to the project team. You will also monitor the model health and coordination processes of the project, from the planning phase thru issue of construction documents.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing digital deliverables and supporting production teams throughout the complete lifecycle of projects, providing technical support and communicating the deliverable schedule to the project team, and monitoring the model health and coordination processes of the project.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or a combination of education and related industry experience
  • A minimum of 5 years related industry experience
  • Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure
  • Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tool
  • Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
  • Advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications
