Role OverviewAs a BIM Model Manager Senior - Digital Delivery Lead at HDR, you will provide direction for Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, manage the digital model environment, and deliverables at the project level. You will work with the Project Manager to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedure. You will execute digital deliverables, provide technical support, and communicate the deliverable schedule to the project team.
What You Will Do
You will monitor the model health and coordination processes of the project, execute digital deliverables, provide technical support, and communicate the deliverable schedule to the project team. You will also oversee the establishment of the document management system, help maintain the server infrastructure, and ensure the team has the necessary software, versions, and training.

Requirements
- Technical degree or a combination of education and related industry experience
- A minimum of 5 years related industry experience
- Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure
- Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tool
- Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
- Advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications
