BIM Specialist - Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers

As a BIM Specialist at Kiewit, you will serve as a technical leader in digital delivery, BIM strategy, and multidisciplinary coordination across complex infrastructure projects. In this role, you will provide expertise in design technology platforms, model-based workflows, and project execution strategies while supporting engineering, construction, and design-build teams.

What You Will Do

Lead BIM execution and digital delivery efforts for large, complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model governance procedures, and coordination workflows.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Drafting Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant BIM, VDC, or digital delivery experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, industrial, or vertical construction projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination efforts on large-scale projects
• Experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Advanced understanding of design and construction workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and model-based project delivery
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model governance, and quality assurance processes
• Experience facilitating coordination meetings and managing clash detection and resolution workflows
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure systems, utilities, and construction means and methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to project leadership and clients
