Requirements
- At least one year of experience in logistics, operations, transportation, or customer service
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- A proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to customer service
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent
