Role OverviewThe Life Sciences Specialist will work independently and asynchronously to vet the quality of life sciences knowledge work tasks and model outputs, write high-quality instruction specs, and design challenging life sciences tasks and evaluation sets.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include identifying missing behaviors, thin reasoning, and unsupported causal claims, translating tacit scientific judgment into explicit, teachable criteria, and collaborating with client researchers to maintain consistent standards.

- Hands-on use of large language models in professional work
- Commitment to 40 hours/week for 6 months
