Role OverviewAs a Bioinformatics Expert - Genomics Specialist, you will design challenging computational problems to evaluate AI systems using real scientific software. You will collaborate on single-cell RNA-seq analysis, trajectory inference, and spatial transcriptomics using tools like scanpy, scvelo, squidpy, and gudhi. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve problem designs.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include designing computational problems, developing problem setups, and refining problem difficulty through iterative testing against state-of-the-art AI models.
