Role OverviewWe are seeking a Biology PhD to work as a scientific coder and AI trainer. The role involves creating research problems, writing scientific prompts, and developing grading criteria. The candidate will work with Python, R, or other programming languages for scientific computing, and collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing material from published papers, Kaggle datasets, or open-source repositories, calibrating tasks against frontier models, and utilizing Python, R, or other programming languages for scientific computing.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in biology, biological sciences, biochemistry, genetics, ecology, or a closely related field, and will be proficient in Python, R, or another relevant programming language. Experience with Git/GitHub and Docker is also required.
