Complete biometric screenings, perform CLIA waived testing, and provide health education and consultation.

Requirements
- Medical credentials (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, EMT, LVN, LPN, RN, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare setting or similar
- Proficient in fingerstick blood collection and taking manual blood pressure
- Experience with CardioChek PA and or CardioChek Plus preferred
- Eligible to work in the US
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current automobile insurance
- 18 years of age or older
- Current CPR, BLS or ACLS
