Job Description
Ideal Innovations Inc. is seeking a Biometrics Multifunction Field Service Engineer to provide operational support, system sustainment, and training on biometric collection devices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with IT systems, 2+ years of experience with biometrics systems, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, network, and Windows operating systems. The position requires US citizenship, a current Secret Clearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • A. or 2-year technical school in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline
  • 3 or more years relevant professional experience with IT systems
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with biometrics systems
  • Within 6 months of hiring get DoD 8570 IAT level II Certification (ex. Sec+)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, network, and Windows operating systems
  • Proven ability to ensure data integrity
  • Ability to formally present materials in understandable and intelligible formats
  • Ability to effectively measure student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Fully proficient in the use of PC's and all programs included in the Microsoft Office application suite
