Job Description
The Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in building strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing high quality candidates across scientific, technical, and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of sourcing experience within an RPO, staffing, or internal corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to source for specialized or hard to fill roles within biotech, pharma, or scientific industries required.
  • Commercial recruiting experience required
  • Experience using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is required
  • Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive research.
