Job Description
The Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in building strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs, identifying, engaging, and nurturing high quality candidates across scientific, technical, and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of sourcing experience within an RPO, staffing, or internal corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to source for specialized or hard to fill roles within biotech, pharma, or scientific industries required.
  • Commercial recruiting experience required
  • Experience using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is required
  • Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive research.
