Requirements

  • Prepare surfaces of metal, plastic, or composite components through approved methods
  • Perform masking, degreasing, and inspection of parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and surface preparation equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Interpret and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve departmental goals and production targets
