Role OverviewThe Service Coordinator facilitates the progress of children ages birth to 3 years and their families through intake, evaluation, eligibility determination, the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) process, and review of progress as part of the Early Intervention (EI) service system. The position is fast-paced with a focus on deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
What You Will Do
Conduct home visits, maintain a case load, and conduct home visits to meet with families. Use personal vehicle for travel and are reimbursed for mileage at a rate equivalent to the IRS mileage rate.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, speech, early childhood education, special education or related field which include course work in child development
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required certification/credentialing
- Valid IL driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable means of transportation
